Pura Natura – what nature offers and we take (literally!)

This will not be another recipe on jam but only a little note on what I love about the countryside. Of course, if you have your own garden and you cultivate vegetables, fruits and herbs you (depending on the size of your land) have more than enough to live almost self sufficient. Summer is the best time to just take what nature has to give.

Nevertheless, if you happen to drive through some small villages with acres of wild grass fields in your right and cows and an abandoned apple tree full of its delicious fruits, you cannot not stop and pick them, right? Let’s say, your inner child is awake and you feel the urge to do something little crazy as to steal apples! Let me tell you: the jam tastes even better! 🍏🐛
