Strawberry Delight Müsli

  • 1 banana
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cornflakes
  • 100 ml hemp milk

Cut the strawberries and banana into a bowl and add all the seeds. Pour some milk and enjoy your superhero müsli. Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C which will boost your immune system while bananas provide you with calcium and have high levels of tryptophan, which is converted into serotonin (yes! happy mood). Flaxseeds and chia seeds are high in fibre and protein. Besides being a delicious addition to any meal, it is also a source of vitamins A, B, and E.
